This program is designed to teach students the fundamentals of problem solving, business theory, leadership, and ethics. Designed to provide an effective balance of theory and practical experiences, the program promotes a complimentary relationship between job skills and classroom applications. Skill development in the areas of decision making, business communications, and quantitative analysis is emphasized. This leadership program includes general education and elective requirements required to fulfill the 64 semester credits requirement for the AALS degree. Most courses involve five 4 hour class meetings.
Bachelor of Arts Degree ~ 124 credits (minimum)
The Bachelor program is designed to enable students to lead and work in today's complex work environment. The programs include but are not limited to, courses in strategy, research, statistics, ethics, critical thinking, and leadership. Designed to provide an effective balance of theory and practical experiences, the programs promote a complementary relationship between job skills and classroom applications. The degree includes general education and elective credits required to fulfill the 124 semester credits required for a BA degree from WPU's CWA. Most courses involve five 4-hour class meetings.

The Master of Business Leadership Program is designed to provide students with the knowledge and tools needed to assist organizations in improving their leadership. This program includes courses in leadership development to ensure that students have a well-rounded understanding of leadership and the role that it can play in the organization's success. This program is designed to balance theory and practical experience in an applications-oriented environment.
